Reporting Recombinant DNA Research-Related Accidents or Violations of the NIH Guidelines --The IBC is responsible for reporting any significant problems or violations of the NIH Guidelines or research-related accidents or illnesses within 30 days, unless the Principal Investigator reports the incident.
