Applications are processed on a rolling basis through the online MyIBC review system, and are placed on the agenda when they have met all appropriate criteria for review at the next scheduled meeting.
Protocols submitted for review less than 10 business days prior to a scheduled meeting are unlikely to be placed on the upcoming agenda.
